Private Pilates Instruction
These sessions are one on one private instruction with a Certified Pilates trainer. Each session is specifically designed toward you as a client. We work with you to help you attain your goals and help you achieve and meet your needs. Every session uses a variety of equipment, reformer, stability chair, vertical frame, and small props. As a client you have the option of 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions.
In Yogalates, we combine Yoga and Pilates. These methods complement each other well and you will receive a well- rounded workout to help improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance. This class is done on a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours. Classes are 50 min. in length.
Small Group Reformer Classes
These classes are designed to help experience the true essence of what Pilates entails. In each class you will improve your strength and flexibility as well as balance and stability. Small group classes are 3-4 students and run 50 minutes in length.
Pilates matwork is a system of exercises on the mat that involves strengthening and lengthening and we also concentrate on core exercises to help you improve your posture and overall mobility. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of our own. Classes are 50 minutes in length.
